📦 Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

  • Time Frame: Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email lils@lilslovelytreats.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll email a prepaid return label (if eligible) or instructions.

  3. Ship items to:

Processing Time

  • Refunds/exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once completed.

Refund Methods

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • For expedited refunds, store credit may be offered.

Non-Refundable Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless waived by our team.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We’ll replace the item or refund you immediately.


🚫 Exceptions

Digital Products (eBooks & Courses)

  • Due to their nature, digital purchases are non-refundable.

  • Contact us for technical issues (e.g., download problems).

Final Sale Items

  • Clearance, discounted bundles, or personalized products cannot be returned.

Used or Opened Products

  • For safety reasons, opened skincare or wellness items cannot be refunded.

Solar Product Warranties

  • Defective solar items may be replaced under warranty (6 months from purchase).


🌍 International Customers

  • Physical returns are only accepted from Canada and the U.S.

  • Duties/taxes for international returns are the customer’s responsibility.
